**Project for the construction of a single-track bypass railway around Niš, Serbia.** The scope of work includes technical control, review of project solutions in the project, in accordance with railway laws and regulations, and adaptation to new requirements within the design – technical solutions innovated in accordance with the current railway regulations. Technical control covered three phases: construction, electrical works, and signaling, safety, and telecommunication devices and works.

**ROADS, EXTERNAL INSTALLATIONS, AND PIPELINES FOR UNIT B3 KOSTOLAC -** Project documentation (Conceptual design, Construction project, Implementation project) Unit B3 is divided into functional units, where each unit includes a group of technological/mechanical, electro-energetic, and control systems, construction structures and facilities, and all the necessary infrastructure. These components represent the stages of project implementation, which are represented in individual phases of project documentation development and construction of the facility itself. Access roads, sidewalks, and platforms required for access to all technological units of the facilities, as well as equipment storage and handling, are the subject of this project.

Rehabilitation of the railway track Vrbnica-Bar in Montenegro along the Main railway line Belgrade-Bar (SEETO Railway Route 4) – Main projects for 11 railway stations along the northern part of the railway track Vrbnica – Bar (from Podgorica to Vrbnica) and connection to the central device – remote control. Technical support was provided during the project development, such as creating the Main project for replacing signaling and safety devices at 11 stations, ensuring validity and completing data for the preparation of tender documentation in accordance with national regulations and EU regulations, as well as supporting the Client in the implementation of ongoing and planned investments.

**Preparation of the Maintenance Plan for 2018-2022 for the indicative expansion of the TEN-T Road/Rail Core/Comprehensive Network in the Western Balkans.** The goal of the service was to develop a Maintenance Plan for the period 2018-2022 for the road and rail network in the region and promote best practices in Performance-Based Contracts for road and rail maintenance. This plan will be prepared as a result of analyzing three main themes related to railway maintenance: the current legislative and strategic framework, budget allocation and maintenance needs, and their impact on the current state of the network.

TAK to the EU Delegation on 'IPA II Preparation Period for the Operational Program of the Transport Sector.'"

The aim of this task is to ensure better management and monitoring of EU funds by protecting compliance with the relevant EU legislative framework and increasing the added value created by EU financial assistance in Turkey. V=200km/h

The main responsibilities included:

1. Review, assess, and evaluate the results of the Halkali – Kapikule Railway Line Project study, which may include, but is not limited to, the comprehensive implementation of investment projects with their annexes, as well as design and tender documents.

2. Review and comment on program documents developed within the Operational Program of the sector (2014-2020).

3. Review and comment on technical output reports submitted from the transport master plan study.

4. Provide training in the preparation of the IPA II Operational Program for the transport sector.

The methodology includes a thorough understanding of the "RAILPAG, Railway Project Appraisal Guide" published by the European Commission and the European Investment Bank, as well as the "Practical Guide to Contract Procedures for EU External Actions" (PRAG) published by the European Commission.
